My art is not allowed to be used in ai generation or ai training models

beyond that once you have paid and received the final product, the art is yours to do with what you please, commercial or personal.

i give free quotes, and acknowledge that a quote is not a commitment to getting a piece made.

i will not create hate art.

i will not create political art.

i will not create nsfw or porn art.

i reserve the right to refuse a commission if i feel it goes against my moral or religious beliefs.

refunds are done on a case by case basis, and are subject to how complete the art is.

fully completed art cannot be refunded for any reason.

you will be given many chances to ask for changes along the way. i will not restart a piece once it is done. i will endeavor to check in with you along every step of the process to ensure you are receiving what you want.

i can email files to you upon request for no fee. otherwise you will receive the art through whatever socials you used to reach out to me.

i am going to assume you are commissioning me in good faith. if someone commissions me in bad faith (ie. to try to hurt someone with the art commissioned) i will not be held accountable as unless I am told directly that this is the case, I will have no way of knowing until after the art is completed.

I will draw furries, humans, ferals, mechs, religious iconography or characters, ship art, real people, canon characters, OCs, fan characters, pets, and more.

I WON'T draw hate art, pornography, excessive gore, paraphilias, or anything that has clear intent to cause harm.
